This place is a joke. I walked in at 715pm today and they told me we aren't checking any more patients in as we are short staffed. What a joke of a place and unprofessional. Also the waiting room was completely empty. All I need was a strep throat test. Never again will I come to this place as this is the second time I have come before closing. The first time they wanted to wait a week for a covid test. Close your doors and turn in your license please as this is pathetic medical care.

Absolutely the worst urgent care experience Iu2019ve ever had. I showed up on a Saturday needing medical attention, only to be turned away because the staff clearly wanted to go home early. The waiting room was completely empty, yet they had the audacity to lie and say they were u201cfull of patients.u201d Unbelievable. If you value your time, health, or basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs.

I came yesterday for a skin abcess in my finger nail, after calling my pcp who was fully booked I decided to try this urgent care for the first time because the pqin was unbearable. The receptionist was nice when I called and said that they take my insurance and I can come immediately. The nurse and the provider who saw me were professional and nice, she did a minor procedure and she was very considerate while draining my abcess and I am now feeling so much better! She also prescribed me the right medications for my case, she was nice and caring to an extent that she asked me to pass by in 3 days to check on me again. Everything was neat and just right. Comparing to my previous experience with other urgent care centers I give them 5 stars.

I have been coming to Central Urgent Medical Care for years. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. Doctor Nguyen has been our family doctor for years now, and she is very caring. She listens to your concerns and is always willing to help in any way possible.

I came to to this urgent care because it had good reviews. I was so sick and had fainted a few days before. The waiting room was so hot and had no ac running. Before even seeing a doctor the nurse who brought me to my room asked me to leave them a 5 star review. The doctor came in and said u201cwhatu2019s going onu201d as if I didnu2019t explain it to the nurse and write it down on my paperwork. He then cut me off and said I didnu2019t have a fever and my lungs sounded clear so heu2019d give me some cough meds. I had told him Iu2019d been sick for over a week now and I fainted a few days back. He said u201cIu2019ll send some cough medicine and make sure to get some restu201d and walked out. Our whole encounter was less than 3 minutes. I was pissed but figured if something was wrong he wouldu2019ve known. 2 days later I get a lot worse and go to another urgenct care who told me I have bronchitis and viral sinus infection. If you want to actually be diagnosed and get help, donu2019t come here.
