Woke up this morning after not feeling well for a while. Made an appointment online. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff were all great. The PA was very thorough with a wonderful bed side manner. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back if needed.

I brought my daughter here for the first time, sheu2019s 3 years old. Flu was going around her day care and she came down with the symptoms of the flu. I told them to test her for it as everyone had it at her school, the doctor told me he didnu2019t think I should test her since u201cNovember was nice weather and no cases of flu in the urgent care so faru201d he has on the report her temperature was 98, they didnu2019t even take her temperature, I took it with the thermometer they left in the room that they never used and it was 100.3 thatu2019s with Motrin I gave her before we left the house.nHe tested her since I demanded it, came back positive , he came in speechless. We left.nThe very next day I took my daughter to a different facility where she had pneumonia from the flu. (Same symptoms I took her to this urgent care for that did absolutely nothing to help) the new facility Heard the pneumonia in her chest then did an X-ray to confirm.nSafe to say I will never bring my daughter or family member back here.

I frequently visit this office for myself and my kids. This was the fastest, smoothest visit to date! All staff were kind, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I wasn't left waiting in an exam room forever either. The doc came right in and listened to all of my concerns while examining me. The building lost power and they didn't skip a beat (luckily it came back on quickly). All of my concerns were addressed, I was informed of new procedure to access my documents and patient information, and I was out the door to pick up my meds. Keep up the great work!

I was seen today at Liberty & was not disappointed. Check in was easy & the receptionist was super friendly & helpful. The wait was about an hour & 15 minutes so not terrible at all. Once In the back I was seen by Hailey & the NP Kathy. Both the MA & the NP were kind, professional, & efficient. I left feeling so much better than I did when I first arrived. I canu2019t express how happy I am with the care I received.

The front staff is polite and the waiting area is clean. Masks arenu201c required u201c but that policy is unfortunately not enforced.nI made an online time slot reservation/appointment which helps expedite waiting time over a walk-innThe medical staff is overall pleasant and professional. I got some good advice and direction.nI will go back if I need immediate medical attention.
