Went in for a dry cough that was hurting my chest, ears, nose, throat issues, was tested for flu and strep, both came back negative, so all they would prescribe was a pill for my cough. Came home and less than an hour later, I have a fever, body aches, my cough is worse, and I carried the fever all day. Call back the very next day to describe what is happening and see if they can call me in something, I am told I need to come be reevaluated for another $50 copay. They are waiting for the strep test they sent out to come back, that is all he kept repeating, well my gosh, if it was strep I guess you just suffer for days until the test comes back. The cough I have is a bronchitis cough at this point, a deep barky cough that leaves me with burning in my chest.

Waste of time. Told me I had an Upper Respiratory Infection, treating me for allergies. But the kicker is the nurses being so loud that even with clogged ears, I could hear them making fun of me at the nurses station. Will not be going back.

I'm visiting family in West Virginia and unfortunately ended up with a health issue. So Southgate was close and had the best rating so off I went. The receptionist was so darn sweet. Wish they had blinds on the front large windows, she was so professional while fighting the sun that was in her eyes no matter how she tried to hold her head. I hope whoever reads these passes that on to whomever can help them out.nThe nurse that I saw was also very kind and professional.nThe doctor came and he took was amazing. Asked lots of questions so he could take care of my issue in the best way.nI'm so thankful for all of you and on the road to recovery.

The place is wonderful and fast but beware, THEY BILL THE VISIT AS HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT, NOT URGENT CARE. For me this is the difference between a 35 copay and a freaking 150 copay....... I dont understand why this is the case. Now I'm going to have to drive all the way to Emerson to be billed properly the next time I feel like death with Strep throat or something.

2 stars for the times Iu2019ve been there with no issues, -3 stars for today when Iu2019ve just went to get ANTIBIOTICS for a UTI as a 17 year-old and was declined service for ANTIBIOTICS for a UTI because I didnu2019t have a guardian figure with me, yes, declined service for ANTIBIOTICS for a UTI. I couldnu2019t care less about state laws, why wasnu2019t there a loophole for something like this for again, ANTIBIOTICS for a UTI as a minor above 16?ud83eudd26u200du2640ufe0f Iu2019m sure there was, but the secratary was close to offensive with her demeanor and how she greeted me for whatever reason, it seems like all the older women in this area get their panties in a twist the minute a younger version of themselves comes waltzing along attempting to get along with themselves, itu2019s like their menopausal world stops for a minute.
