Walked in with a lower back pain. They worked me in within 10 minutes. Did an exam and took samples immediately. Had a possible diagnosis very quickly and with a few shots and a couple scripts I was in and out within an hour. Great work! Highly recommend this facility.

Cookeville Regional Urgent Care had great service, clear explanations, and called with test results promptly. The nurse and physician answered all my questions and concerns. My husband also went there the prior day for a different issue. He was helped and out of the office in about an hour. Both of us feel better.

I chose this urgent care because of all the five star reviews . I have really good insurance and specifically drove here because of what I was picturing in my mind to be a great place. I was seen for acute rib pain. Seen quickly, middle of the day. PA on duty took my history. Did a quick exam and sent me down the street to imaging for a chest x-ray. No diagnosis or ideas. The next day, her receptionist calls tells me the X-ray is negative for acute findings. No more answers no less. I guess thatu2019s it as far as their treatment.nThe urgent care left me hanging, Luckily, I was able to get into my own primary the next day. She gave me a shot and I feel much better.
