Worst place !!!!! Stay away I was there for the appointment after an hour the dr didnu2019t see my I left asked the reception for my money back she was so rude African American girl that was rude with awful upset face from the sec I got into the office! I asked her for a name and she said I donu2019t want to give it to you !! I donu2019t have to! Nasty and awful! I just wanted to make sure sure I have the name for whom took the payment but of course she was so awful from the beginning and I also heard her while I was waiting talking to her u201cfriendu201d there about a big fight with a client , just awful experience and yea billing canu2019t see my payment so I have to call my bank u2026 what a joke of a place ! Stay away I wish I had 0 stars to give , even one itu2019s nice to give them!!!

Dr. Hussain has been my doctor for about 6 years now. She is by far, the best primary I have ever had. I traveled to see her when I was living out-of-town and when she didn't take my insurance. She worked diligently to get approved to take my insurance. As state before, you're not just a name or number to her - she remembers what you need and is concerned about the whole person - not just want you present with. Her staff is amazing! I absolutely love this office!

I was referred to dr. Hassan by a friend and made an appointment and made sure to make sure she is taking new patients. I am even waiting over a month to get in with her. A few weeks later I get a call saying u201csheu2019s not really taking new patientsu201d and my appointment is cancelled. I could have been researching and finding a different doctor and already have been seen on these weeks.

When I first join Coral Medical Care, they were amazing. They use to answer their phone calls when I called. The quality of care went downhill about 3 years ago. I finally decided to switch to another doctor because they just didn't care anymore. It showed when you tried calling them and no one would answer. They also didn't return phone call, so you had to keep calling them hoping someone would pick up. I try to reach out to them again because I needed to confirm if my daughter had her vaccine shots. They are not returning the doctor calls either. I don't believe they give her the require vaccines, which is troubling in itself, because that means they were not on top of things either.

I came to this office on the advice of someone who used to go to this office. However, my first visit I felt was definitely rushed and the Dr. Hussain did not really listen to my needs. I was promised I would get a call back with an additional question I had, but never received one. I called a couple of days ago due to some right arm pain and was actually told by the receptionist she is only seeing new patients in office and that I should consider going to an office that is seeing patients in office. What?? Thankfully I found an office way better.
