I wanted to recycle computer bags and an I-pad case to this Staples. The girl at the counter told me that they would not accept them. After pulling up the Staples website on my phone, I showed her where it specifically says that these items can by recycled. She was not at all apologetic, she was dismissive, and she basically was telling me to get lost. I then went to another employee and showed him the website and asked him the same question. He told me no they wouldn't accept my items, and he was hostile. It sounds like a) your employees do not understand the value of customer service and b ) they are not aware of the information on the website. Sorry. But no way, will I deal with this Staples location again.

** Please like & share our reviews.** Wheelchair accessible. This is a huuuuge store. It has office layout displays, a printing marekting department and every office supply imaginable.We went for their printing services. Ruth graciously worked on our coiled binder order that was needed same day. She attempted to call us bc we request a 3 punch hole but was concerned that the coil would be too close to the holes. She verified with us if we were still wanting that option. We ordered our printed materials on their website and picked up.We ordered a 100pg double-sided b/w coiled study booklet for $23. It was put together perfectly. Will definitely be back for the printing services. Ruth definitely knows what she is doing and goes the extra mile to make sure that customers are satisfied with the product.If you are looking to avoid the Walmart or grocery store crowd but are needing to purchase gift cards, this store has a huge selection.The cashier was friendly and helpful as well. She seems to recognize regulars by name. She was super sweet but super efficient.Thank you for a great experience.

We appreciate our local Palm Coast Staples store. They have been our life savers more than once. We run a small local law firm and when we have needed things in a pinch, Staples has always delivered. Most recently, we ran out of business cards and needed more urgently. Moises was able to get our new cards created and ready for pick up within 24 hours and they are beautiful. Having a local business to business relationship like the one we have with Staples plays an intricate role in our success.

Excellent service this past Saturday 03/22, purchased HP ink cartridges for a printer. Manager did remind me of the 30% back in points on ink and toner that I didn't know was available if I signed on to the app. Downloaded, signed in and got what I needed. Thanks!

I miscounted my wedding invitations and needed a few more printed immediately. The team at Staples Palm Coast really came through for me. I was able to preserve the image quality/size and even got envelopes to match. I cannot say thank you enough!
