Between this facility and Springfield surgical center, I had the worst and most horrible experience in my entire life. The rudeness of the office manager, Lauren, and a few nurses at the surgical center made me discontinue my treatment despite the pain I'm still going through. I thought that their behavior would improve after I filed a complaint a few months ago to the medical director and director of nurses who took harsh actions against those who were involved in this despicable behavior. The director of nurses promised me that they would be disciplined, and she'll make sure no patient would ever go through what I did. Unfortunately, the flippant behavior continued. Out of fear for my safety, I stopped taking anesthesia for all the six procedures performed on my neck, shoulders, and back. I preferred to endure the severe pain instead because I wanted to be in full control afterward. Finally, I want to remind you that patients have plenty of options to pick and choose the facility they go to. Our insurance doesn't pay these facilities to disrespect the patients and treat them poorly. I regret deeply choosing this facility to treat me for my injuries.

I would say I got really lucky, that a simple google search lead me to Dr Amit Poonia and Dr Adity Sharma, Iu2019d very suddenly developed unbearable pain in my leg and after exhausting all obvious options, I went to their practice. I was diagnosed correctly and the treatment I received was second to none. Because of them Iu2019ve been able to go back to my old lifestyle and have been pain free.nThey are very personable and their office has always been very responsive, each time Iu2019ve called them.nI highly recommend them.

If it wasn't for Dr. Sharma, Dr.Poonia and the rest of their wonderful staff, I'd probably be using a walker by now. They are very caring and take the time to listen to my concerns and to help me to understand the causes of my pain and the ways to treat the pain. She is very detailed orientated has wonderful bedside manners and always strives to help me feel better. Dr. Sharma and her staff are amazing. Their professionalism and patient care is second to none. I have suffered headaches and pain from Arthritis and bulging disks for years by since being under Dr. Sharma's care my pain levels have improved tremendously.
