Showed up feeling very sick.The women office staffer that took me back was extremely rude and frustrated with me, just started taking out tests to do before even checking my temperature which I asked for. When I asked which test she was doing she held up both hands and said you'r not telling me what's wrong with you, that's after I gave her a list of all my symptoms. Then I responded that I just want to see the P.A. please. She stormed off yelling how rude I was and that she was done. The P.A. was super kind, he was extremely intelligent and highly professional and an excellent diagnostician. The older women staffer that took me in to say the least was not.

Didn't want to give any stars. Set an appointment online for my husband who was coughing a lot with at 9:45 pm to be seeing at 10:30 pm get there at 10 pm. And the receptionist (Ani) said they don't see the online appointment. So we had to wait for everyone else to be seeing. What is the purpose of having online appointment if they won't see you. She stated is been like that for 2 months. And sge was very rude! The location in Jackson are more professional!!

I regret to share that my recent visit to this urgent care center was highly unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the receptionist, who was burping while attending to me. This lack of decorum was quite disconcerting.Furthermore, the doctor I consulted exhibited a demeanor that was both rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing the necessary medical care and support, the doctor made several inappropriate and offensive comments, including telling me not to feel better and making derogatory remarks about my mother.This experience was deeply disappointing, especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism and compassion should be paramount. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that other patients do not have to endure a similar experience.

Came in with my 4 year old daughter. Shelly at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. Made her, and us feel comfortable right away. She was so sweet. Doctor was also very professional and sweet as well. Shelly made sure she left with plenty of stickers to cheer her up. Great staff.
