The doctor and nursing staff were excellent and they deserve ten stars. The one star rating was how I was treated during check-in. Earlier in the day, I fell on my right hand. I am right handed. A few hours later, I was in excruciating pain and could not hold my arm in a position that wouldn't hurt my hand. My hand was completely incapacitated. When it was my turn to check in, I explained I was right handed and could not fill out the application. The clerk snapped at me did you come alone? I said yes. Then she took a sharper tone and said, Well, someone has to fill that out! She did not offer to help me and did not offer to get someone to help me with the application. My instinct was to leave, but at this time, I began feeling lightheaded and weak. My blood pressure was dropping and I would be passed out in a few minutes. Before passing out, I did manage to fill out the paperwork necessary to see the doctor. Does this sound like a good experience? Will I be foolish enough to return to this facility? NO. Once in a while, a patient will come in, that needs a little help, outside of the routine. Helping with the application is not a big deal. This minor assistance should have been accommodated. I did not have a good experience here and would not recommend this facility. The initial contact employee of this facility needs to be empathetic and sensitive to each patient that walks in.

The care that my daughter received here, after getting a concussion was fantastic! The doctor and all of the staff were very welcoming, friendly, kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend going to this After Hours Clinic if your in need of medical help. We couldn't have been more satisfied! Also, we didn't have to wait long to be seen, which was a HUGE plus!!

The doctor and nurses were excellent and professional. They deserve ten stars. The single star rating is due to my experience during check in. I had fallen earlier in the day and my right hand became incapacitated and painful as the day progressed. When checking in, I explained I was right handed, but was experiencing pain due to the fall earlier in the day. I would not be able to fill out the paperwork. Check in clerk's response was, did you come alone? I responded yes. Her tone got sharp and she said, well someone has to fill it out! She did not offer to help me with the application and she did not offer to get someone to help me. I held my arm in a painful position while I filled out the application. I couldn't leave because I was feeling weak and lightheaded. My blood pressure was dropping and in a few minutes, I would be on the floor. A nurse came out and helped me onto the chair.Provisions should be made so that if a client comes in, and requests help with the application, help should be provided. It is a simple adjustment. I will not return there and I will not recommend this facility due to the chaos at the check-in.

I was very pleased with the care I received. I had been without a voice & kept trying to excuse it as u201c just a cold u201c. I was given a diagnosis & doctoru2019s orders to rest , which is exactly what I needed as well as an actual prescription to help cure the sickness. Clean environment & caring staff go a long way.Jessica Cage PA was wonderful , as were the other staff.

The PA on duty on 2/16, was really kind, very helpful, and you can tell she cared. She gets 5 stars!The older lady working the front desk was RUDE! Zero starsThe nurse on duty, who did the readings and xray, was not personable, seemed aggravated and like she did not want to be there. Zero staraThere is a simple rule I always follow. If you do not want to deal with people, no matter what you have going on in life, don't work in fields where there are people!I can work the front desk if you are needing someone customer/client friendly and is personable!
