At 40 years old I've avoided doctors most of my life. The interactions always felt cold and uncaring, rushed and unimportant. Dr. Murphy has completely brought me back around. I feel excited about my health and hopeful again for the first time in about 5 years. I can't thank him enough, if I could give 10 stars I definitely would. Professional team. Staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Murph is calm and approachable while managing to have a sense of humor. He actually listens to the details of what you are trying to communicate, without being pushy. Facility is always clean and is in a quiet and peaceful location. Easy parking.

I just had a serious medical condition I went to talk to Adriana on Fri February 28th she took a picture of my damaged skin on both legs made a video medical appointment for Monday March 3rd Pauline Stoltzner saw leg immediately saw how severe my symptoms were send a prescription to Costco pharmacy and send referral to Renown Cancer which immediately set an appointment for me for this Thursday. Nurse practitioner Pauline Stoltzner really cares u2764ufe0f; she is knowledgeable and listens. I highly recommend Advanced Practice primary care

I love this practice, everyone is very nice, thoughtful and knows their business. I've had major health issues and a long-term illness thus I'm extremely critical of all medical professionals. I got my Medicare based on this practice being included.

I saw Ms Stoltzner for a UTI and was prescribed an antibiotic. There as no follow up and when I called to inform Ms Stoltzner that I was NOT feeling better, the receptionist told me that all medical staff was out of the office (also this office would not return any of my calls or portal messages) . This resulted in myself going into septic shock and almost dying. The hospital and ICU charges were over $10,000.00 out of my pocket. Even when I was discharged and told to see my primary physician/nurse (Ms Stoltzner) within a week, I still was not able to get an appointment for over a month and a half and they did zero follow up, as well as not returning any of my messages. My recommendation is to avoid Ms Stoltzner and Advance Practice Primary Care, if youu2019re consumed about your health and your wallet. I really liked Ms Stoltzner personality when I first met her, but apparently her days off are more important then her patients.
