Courtney and Hazel are amazing but the staff up front can be difficult, I was told they would leave a note to see if I need to recheck blood work and was told they would call me back but I ended up calling myself and scheduling another appointment. I was told I had to come in to ask if I need to recheck bloodwork and get a referral. It would be nice to have the PA or Dr call to go over results especially if you have questions.

Terrible service,I came in with dizziness and had some blood work done.The Dr gave me a shot of Toradol and I could barely walk for a week.The medicine was not needed or helpful.I should have done my research prior but I trusted the Dr.

The office staff answering the phones are rude and will hang up on you whenever they want. If you cancel your appointment, they may or may not make note of it and then call you to confirm it even after you cancelled. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. I used to see Dr. Mosburg for nearly half of my life but after I changed insurances, they would not let me see her anymore and said I was not an established patient. When I called the other day, the attitude of the individual on the phone was enough to remind me why I stopped going here. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. Thank me later. There is no reason to be rude to people on the phone. There are better places to go, and you will be treated with respect.

I have great confidence in you and your abilities. This is a great practice. The staff is very friendly and professional. The staff have gone above and beyond working with my insurance on trying to get my medication approved. I highly recommend Coweta Medical for all your medical needs!
