We took my grand-daughter here on 5/8/25. I made the appointment online and as soon as we got there she was seen. The male nurse( I forgot his name) he was great with her. Then the Dr. Chris saw her. I visited this urgent care a little over a week ago with severe symptomsu2014fever, low blood pressure, vomiting, nausea, body aches, sore throatu2014everything. The PA informed me they were out of flu tests but said it sounded like I had the flu. Without testing for anything (flu, COVID, strepu2014nothing), they did a chest X-ray and prescribed Tamiflu and cough medicine.After a full week on Tamiflu, I was not feeling any better. When I called the office on Friday, February 7, the secretary admitted they were not out of flu tests but were prioritizing them for senior citizens and high-risk patients. Flu tests have been widely available since the 1990su2014this isnu2019t a new virus like COVID. There is absolutely no excuse for not having enough tests for all patients, especially when making a diagnosis without proper testing.I have visited this office twice before, but after this experience, I will never return. Neglecting to properly test and diagnose patients is unacceptable.

Calling this business Urgent Care is seriously misleading. I walked in at 3:05 with absolutely no one in the waiting room and was told the earliest available time I could be seen was by appointment at 5:20. This is not the definition of an Urgent Care.

Each of my experiences with nurse practitioner Dan have been enjoyable, and his diagnosis and treatments were extremely thorough. His bed side manner is great, and I am always made to feel like a priority. I would recommend him to anyone, and really wish he had his own practice.
