Got at the urgent care a few minutes before closing. Although I do understand that they was getting ready to close I had decided I couldnu2019t go all night feeling the way I was. Lady at the front desk was going to ask if they would see me real quick but than someone from back came out and very rudely said u201cI guess 8:00 isnu2019t on the front door for closingu201d. I work at a pace that no matter what if someone walks through that door you are to help them, but I guess thatu2019s the more professionalism I have towards people is to still help them. I didnu2019t walk into the place to be disrespected in that way

Made my daughter an appointment, got here 15 mins before her appointment time like asked sat in the waiting room for 2 hours , had people left and right going before us when they had just got her. Been sitting in the back with nothing no update no x ray no nothing . And then when asked how long till my daughter is seen , oh in a min . Well itu2019s been 20 mins an no one has seen my daughter or even came in the room . Never again will I come here !

My appointment was at 11:12. I was seen by a triage nurse at 11:35. Did preliminary triage and went back to waiting room for another 30 minutes. Was then seen by a very nice PA who assessed my problem. I had a chest X-ray and breathing treatment.nWaited for results and the PA came back in to let me know all was good. Prescribed an antibiotic and I was discharged.nAll in all it was a good experience.nThe only criticism I had was at the reception desk where the receptionist spoke quietly and very fast with no eye contact which made it hard to understand her. Receptionist might be a little more welcoming and polite

Staff were so nice and patient!! They are always friendly and accommodating when I come in. Especially the ladies at the front Intake. I totally forgot to fill out the intake form via the app and she was so kind helping me. We ended up having to use paper because the app was not working but she still have such a positive energy! Definitely a plus when you are already not feeling well! Kudos to the staff and the doctors!!
