I visited this urgent care clinic for shoulder pain and was thoroughly impressed. I had made an appointment in advance, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Dr. Julian promptly assessed my condition, clearly explained the issue, and prescribed the appropriate medication. I was in and out in just 30 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wonu2019t hesitate to return if I ever need urgent care again.

Fast Track Urgent care staff members were all wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, although you may need to wait a bit if you do not have a previously scheduled appointment, you will find that everyone is great at their job. I received excellent care and recommend this facility.

Front desk and assistants were nice. However, the doctor was a bit rude. He walked into the room, and didn't introduce himself, he simply pointed at the exam table twice before speaking. He was quick to interrupt and dismiss what I was saying, and seemed to be in more of a rush to leave the room than to help. I did not like the way he spoke to me.

This was the fastest urgent care I've ever been to, across multiple states. I had an urgent issue I couldn't get in to see my usual doctor for and walked in. I was checked in and seen within 15 minutes, and there were very few patients in line. The nurse and the doctor were both kind and had great bedside manner. I will be back for any future issues I can't get in to see my regular doctor for.

Twisted my foot and at 2 pm booked an appointment for 3 pm. Staff and Dr.Ali very courteous, and competent. Had an X-ray and still in and out within an hour. I think the Dr runs this facility and I like the idea of giving the business to her. If my wife or I need the service I would go back in a flash.
