Iu2019ve visited twice in the past two days. I was in and out both times in about an hour. Super efficient and knowledgeable. Kyle the PA was extremely compassionate and nice on both visits. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does. The receptionists are efficient, but the one who was there Monday is lacking customer service skills. She was not very pleasant nor welcoming. You can tell sheu2019s just there to collect a paycheck and is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I would recommend getting care here even if you have to deal with the grumpy receptionist.

This was a very pleasant experience. I was in and out in less than an hour, including x-rays! Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and as an added bonus, Dr. McQuigg is retired U.S. Navy. Also, my prescriptions were ready for me when I got to the pharmacy. It helps you feel better just being greeted/treated cheerfully!

Staff is fantastic and the Doctor is always great! I chose to come her because of the Doctor. However, the receptionist in the front has a terrible attitude. Thereu2019s nothing more discouraging than coming in sick or bringing in a sick loved one and being greeted with an attitude. Everyone has bad days but in healthcare empathy goes a long way. It was the lady with the black her not the purple hair. Receptionist w purple hair was very pleasant.

Not sure what the others are on about, but went on a Saturday and the front office medical receptionists were extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Were able to assist with medical insurance and uncommon situation. Definitely recommend this medical facility. Will bring my family here as needed as well.

As a first time visitor, I was impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff who quickly and efficiently addressed a minor medical issue. The doctoru2019s knowledge was beyond the scope of most physicians, even my own MD. The doctor answered all my questions and impressed me with her knowledge of the issues.
