The wait was unacceptable. All I had to do was a drug screen but sat there for over 40 minutes. The parking lot was empty. There was two people in the waiting room before Me. Iu2019m not sure how long they waited, but their services were quick. There was someone who walked in after me who was seen before me and was able to also leave before me. I had to leave and come back because there was no Indication I was going to be seen anytime soon. And there were people just standing there talking about non-work related things. I will say when I came back the service was quick, but at that point they already knew I was frustrated.

Office staff was very professional. Triage nurse was pleasant, and courteous, then I was seen by provider. She was also professional and explained treatment plan thoroughly. I received an injection and was discharged afterward. The entire process was completed in less than an hour. Highly recommend this clinic.

I highly recommend this urgent care center. I had a short wait and then was taken to an exam room. I saw 5 different staff members (including the receptionist) and they all were patient in answering my questions and acted professionally and efficiently.

I have brought my kids here for years when we canu2019t get through to their pcp. Yesterday I brought my 5 year old in because she needed a school excuse due to fever/congestion. My kid tends to spaz at swabs and had to be held down. Making a whole scene but the nurses helping were amazing. We got to a room and not even a moment later the doctor comes in and says everything is negative and asked if I give her allergy meds (I do) then told me to switch it to another brand before asking if she even has a pcp since we were in there in February too. I know she didnu2019t need to be seen for a cold with a fever but I canu2019t help that the school needs a doctors excuse. I know my child turns into the hulk when she gets swabbed. I canu2019t stop that. Sheu2019s likely on the spectrum (waitlist for the clinic is very long) and certain things just trigger meltdowns. Being rude and acting like itu2019s a burden for me to be there isnu2019t nice though. We have never had a rude experience before there and it kind of hurt my soul. Yes she has a pcp. No I couldnu2019t get in touch with them. I also donu2019t send my kids to school with a fever and needed a doctors excuse. Sigh

My experience here was amazing!! Even though they were swamped with patients, they made sure I was seen in a timely manner. The staff is so nice and I will be using them again in the future for any medical needs
