if I could give this place zero stars I would. The front desk receptionist with crooked braided bun on her head has the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life. This establishment really needs to rethink their ( front desk ) staff, especially when they are the first person to come in contact with people who are sick and do not feel good.nnThe nurse practitioner, however, was very nice, Helpful and understanding.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Crimson Care was beyond disappointing. The staff treated me with blatant disrespect and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Completely unprofessional, with rude and dismissive attitudes throughout. Whatu2019s worse, there were clear signs of racial discrimination u2014 condescending, cold, and downright insulting behavior towards people of color, especially Asians. It truly makes me wonder how individuals with such disgraceful and uncivilized behavior are even allowed to work in the service industry, let alone in healthcare.nA medical facility that treats people this way has no business operating. If youu2019re considering Crimson Care, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually respects their patients.

Excellent staff! Everytime I come in they are always super friendly and very professional. Iu2019ve had a hard time with doctors in the past at other places but they are amazing here and really care! Would give more stars if I could!

the staff is amazing and are always kind and proficient! I saw Sean Morris today and will say he is probably one of the best medical professionals Iu2019ve met. Showed genuine concern and was quick to provide me with necessary referrals!

Iu2019ve been here before and the front desk was always polite. This time when I went the two ladies that were there were unprofessional. While I was checking in a bill popped up I thought I owed but wasnu2019t sure of the amount instead of the receptionist who was checking me in telling me that I had a bill her and the other receptionist was making eye contact with each other as if they thought I couldnu2019t pay it. All I needed to know was the balance. I paid it then they informed me that they no longer accepted my insurance
