Absolutely disgraceful experience. We came to this urgent care facility in a real emergency, and instead of receiving compassion and immediate attention, we were met with visible irritation from the staff simply because we didnu2019t have insurance. They made it clear we werenu2019t welcome.nnDespite the urgency of the situation and an ambulance being called, they did nothing while we waited. No basic assistance, not even an attempt to monitor or stabilize the situation. We were just left in a patient room, ignored and anxious, while help was on the way. The lack of care and basic human decency was shocking.nnThis place clearly prioritizes profit over people. I would not recommend it to anyoneu2014especially if youu2019re uninsured or expect even the bare minimum level of compassion in a medical emergency.

Never had a terrible experience, but sometimes the women at the front desk are unfriendly and I had a weird interaction with one of the doctors once. My main issue with this urgent care is that you are asked why you are there and must answer out loud in front of everyone in the waiting area. Absolutely no privacy. This should not be acceptable.

Went there today, I know I have sinusitis. I feel horrible; he didnu2019t give any antibiotics, waited 1 hour and he was a Nurse Practitioner.

I came down from updnstate NY to bring my mom, from the Bronx, to this Urgent Care. Everytime I've been here, we are treated well, cared for, and seen in an appropriate timeframe.

This Guard Was Very Rude and Disrespectful To My Elderly Mom Your a Security Guard not a Police Officer Not To Mention He Doesn't Take his Job Serious Because Everytime I Saw Him He Was On His Phone the Entire Time And Even When I Confronted Him on Why He Disrespected My Mom His Whole Demeanor Changed I Guess He Just Picks and Chooses Who To Mess Around with Well You Found the Right One Today
