I booked Chelsie for an apointment and the reminders had an address way down Atlantic Blvd. My appt was first thing in the morning so I left extra early to get there on time since I live out by Cecil Field. I'm driving there and I get a notification, but I'm driving... So I get there and NOONE is there. I check my text and it's telling me to go to an address in Riverside.... An address across the bridge, closer to my house that was sent out LESS THAN AN HOUR from the appt time.So on my way to the new address, I text real quick and let them know I went to the address in the reminder texts and they might want to change that. I get a really snooty response telling me no, they use that address too. No sorry for the confusion. Nothing.So I manage to make it to the Riverside location with 5 minutes to spare before my appt, but I'm confused as there is a restaurant and salon suites..... no doctors office. I text her and let her know I think I'm there, is it in the salon suites, she says yes. So I go to the door and it's locked and I have to wait 5 minutes for her to come get the door. There was noone else there, she could see my car from her window. When she lets me in she doesn't even have a friendly demeanor and she doesn't even offer any kind of sorry for the confusion NOTHING.I go into a salon suite with loudly playing annoying music. She sits in a chair next to a salon chair that she uses to hold her mouse while she types on her computer in her lap.She was VERY cold. The statement on the site I booked her from said: I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment and this woman was NOT that.I have ADHD and was wanting to start meds for it again. She asks me what meds I want and I tell her Vyvanse. She tells me I need a brain scan for that so she's going to start me on something else. Why ask?I know people on that med so when I get home I ask them if they had to get a brain scan and they all looked at me like I had a third eye. Noone had ever heard of that.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this person. AVOID HER!
