I think all the negative reviews that sound like horror movies are different hospitals. There are a couple college hospitals if Iu2019m correct. Because Iu2019ve been there two times and it was hard but they had people there to help you get thru the detox. The people there were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and I just felt safe there. Ah I canu2019t think of the nurse that helped me so much she is funny and compassionate- Liz!? I think her name is Liz! And my boy Bryan who brings food with a smile on his face. The only thing why I didnu2019t give a 5, because second time April 2 2023 they seemed understaffed and almost a little overwhelmed. Cause I saw many beds open. That stayed empty cause they did not have the personal to fill those beds and attend to them. I think at time they only had o e Dr. I hope you guys have gotten another docotor and some more staff, cause you guys are amazing.

Should have believed the other reviews.Yes they lie right to your face just to get you in the door. Once your inside its whole different story and they can say anything to hold you hostage. Unbelievable what people will do just to fill beds. Take this as a warning and don't trust them . Seek help somewhere else first . This is a last resort and just know they don't have to tell you the truth to get you in. Please . Believe me! and don't find out I'm right later.Update 1/28/25, as things progressed I was told the doctor didn't want to fill out the early release forms because it was an inconvenience and took to much time . So that means the doctor did not follow there Fiduciary duty and do what's right for the patient. They choose themselves, over the best interests of there patient.I was there at 8pm to pickup my daughter the doctor didn't sign the forms until 9:16pm which means they held my daughter against her will for over an hour.

This place is NOT a resource that should be used for teens/kids or even adults. Itu2019s a prison and they will make people who go here end up being worse off that will haunt them for the rest of their life. If someone in your family is suffering from mental health please donu2019t call the cops on them or they will be sent here which will make matters worse in the end. If someone really is suffering mentally take them to see an outside professional therapist and be as much help as you can since these hospitals arenu2019t any good. Not to mention the bills that will come with it. Beware!!

They are holding my wife against her will forcefully making her take medications or they won't release her she's bruised from head to toe everything I call they shut the phone off there is a huge problem here they won't let me talk to management overtime they think they have the right to speak over me when I call them they keep hanging up I need a mental health advocate lawyer please contact me if your one don't bring any family members here they will be beated blue and black like my wife and they will be help drugged against there will absolutely don't trust the nurses they are malicious and won't give there management the phone there afraid they will be trouble which they already are from doing this to patients who are ill or trying to get better it's against my wife's wishes to take meds there forcefully doing this . Today is march 17 and she's been there since the past Saturday on hold I'm tired of my wife being abused here in this establishment I wish they would transfer her or someone I legal can help I was advised to contact public defender in orange county for mental health

I was a patient here a couple of times a few years ago and reason why Iu2019m putting a review right now is because I was talking about it with my friend over text messages and I got to tell you guys that this was the best place that I could ever go to whenever I relapsed and messed up and felt guilty and ashamed of myself I mean, where else can you go to start all over again get mentally refreshed get some Vicodin in your system to fall asleep from all the drugs and the alcohol withdrawals Get fed three times a day. Get a motivational meeting to help you do better and not to mess up again and also a lounge room with a refrigerator with nothing but snacks and cups of ice cream I mean come on it doesnu2019t get better than that my bad yes it does. The nurse is there and staff are beautiful and theyu2019re fun and easy to talk to just make sure you be respectful gentleman.
