I brought my mother here who was pretty sick. They checked us in, took payment and told us to go sit in the car for the next 2 hours.nUnbelievable. Worst experience ever. What the hell is wrong with healthcare these days. Mind you my mother is 82 years old.

Here at Newton for an emergency Iu2019m here telling the PA my problems and even showing my medical records and the PA is sitting here telling me and trying to figure out whatu2019s wrong even though Iu2019m telling her. Their is no doctor available and she refuses to listen to me. She wants to wait for results when Iu2019m sitting here telling and showing her my issues. And yet treating me she is looking for specificu2019s. When I asked her name realizing she had no badge she says itu2019s on the paper and I told you already. I will be contacting BBB and the company.

I had a good experience here. The people were pleasant and the doctor was very nice. It is a little chaotic, but probably no more than you find elsewhere in this type of field.

Last Friday, my child injured his hand, so we came to this urgent care center. The front desk staff who helped with the registration was very rude. She needed my phone number to send me some documents to sign. When I was telling her the number, she interrupted me and said I didn't need to continue. Her tone was very impatient. She asked me to sign on my phone, but I didn't receive any message for a long time. Later, she gave me an iPad to use, but I couldn't understand it. I asked if there was a translator, and she said no. They only offer English and Spanish. I don't speak English well, and this caused me a lot of trouble. After the consultation, we found out she sent the registration information to my husband's phone number, which made the initial registration process unnecessarily long. This experience made me feel that they do not welcome international visitors, and I won't be coming back.
