I cannot recommend this clinic enough! When the urgent care run by my employer turned me away due to their x-ray machine being u201cout of order,u201d I stopped at the next urgent care I passed, Custom Family Care. Although they are out of network with my insurance, I wonu2019t even bother going to the one run by my employer again because the care and service I received here was far superior to any other clinic or full doctoru2019s office that I have ever been too previously. Within an hour, I had imaging performed, was accessed by the doctor, and was on my way with a script for the medical supplies and medication needed! The staff went above and beyond to help me not only get in the door (as I was having difficulty putting weight through my L ankle) but to also help entertain my almost 2-year-old son while I was being cared for. Even though they were near closing time, they made every effort to care for me, put me at ease, and address my needs while helping my young son to see that a doctoru2019s office was not a scary place even when mommy was hurt! I cannot thank or recommend them enough for their expertise, excellent care, and professionalism!

Everyone I interacted with was phenomenal. The young lady up front and the nurse who took my vital signs were both caring, courteous, and quick which when you are unwell is very much appreciated. I wish I could remember their names to thank them personally. As for Nurse Practitioner Dawn sheu2019s so compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely invested in making you well again. She went above and beyond today. I couldnu2019t have asked for better care. She embodies everything the medical profession should strive to be. A big thanks to all the ladies who helped me today.

I had to take my father to urgent care last night. The staff was amazing. They got us right back, Lashawn was fantastic working his vitals and doing additional tests, and Nurse Practitioner Dawn was phenomenal. They were able to efficient determine his underlying issue and get him stable and feeling better within a few minutes. Additionally, he is returning with them as his primary care in the future. We really appreciated their care!

I visited the office today and it was a great experience. I was seen almost immediately as a walk-in patient. The NP student and Dawn were very nice and helpful and it was probably the best experience Iu2019ve had at an urgent care.
