Well first of all the front desk receptionist named Barbara is the best thing this clinic has going for it! She is so kind and welcoming, she makes you feel special every time you come in. She goes out of her way to help you in anyway she can and sheu2019s happy doing what she can. This is the kind of receptionist every clinic needs!nOther good employees are Travis the new MA, heu2019s very friendly and helpful and extremely professional, he takes pride in his job and is a people person. Christine the NP is also warm and friendly and knows her stuff so I feel comfortable having her as a provider.nUnfortunately Iu2019m going to be leaving this clinic due to the lack of knowledge that the referrals department has. I had to pay for my x-ray due to incompetence on the referrals side not knowing the correct way of obtaining an authorization for me to have a post op hip x-ray. I was told by the coordinator that the only thing that I needed was a written script that stated what kind of x- ray I needed. That was wrong information and when the girl at the x-ray facility called the office to obtain the authorization the office had checked out with the answering service 20 minutes prior to their closing time. I had to pay almost $100 out of my pocket because of their lack of knowledge on how to obtain a referral. Iu2019ll be finding another PCP because Iu2019m tired of babysitting this office.nButu2026. Kudos to Barbara, Travis, and Christine for trying their best to accommodate patients, too bad the other staff arenu2019t with them!
