Was seen with 10min of arrival, front desk was very nice, quick, check me in. The gentleman who took me back was nice, professional, took my vitals and asked all relevant questions. I waited another 10min then PA Arturo came to see me, diagnosised me, said he'd send antibiotics to my local pharmacy and sent me in my way. I'd definitely go here again!

I have been going to this urgent care long before it was Clineva and had always received great treatment for what I went in for. I have been sick since the 8th of January. I went to be seen, was taken to the back quickly the Dr on staff definitely needs some schooling and how to approach and treat patients. I explained to him I was not wanting to be swabbed for any testing, I had tested for covid at home with a negitve result so I'm pretty sure being around others who tested positive for the flu I knew that is what I was fighting but that was not my main concern, my main concern was my asterbated asthma , tight bronchial spasms, difficulty breathing Even after taking my Albuterol via nebulizer. Maybe he was upset that I didn't want to be swapped But the medicine that he called in for me was not what I needed and I ended up calling the urgent care back a couple hours later practically begging him to call in some prednisone, and after being so rude on the phone he cut me off mid sentence and said he had sent it and ended the phone call. 3 days later I became worse off having an episode of bad bronchial spasms with chest tightness making my breathing shallow I returned to the The Urgent Care after phoning asking if they still gave injections to open up airways , as I had received them there before when my asthma was asterbated.nThe front desk girl asked the p.a on duty and she said yes we do.nI rushed back to be seen and after a X-ray the P.A. said if she was going to give a shot it would be a steroid shot and she would not give me a shot of steroids because of the dose I had already taken that day would have been to much steroid in a 24 hour period. Being asthmatic I know A Steroid shot is not what I needed, I needed my airways open and to have the bronchial spasms stop. What I needed was a bronchial dilator shot. I was advised to go home, rest and finish the many unnecessary meds the Dr ordered on the 12th. And if I felt the need to go to the ER because there was no other treatment she would provide! People go the the Urgent care in off hours to avoid going to the E.R. where people are truly very ill. I needed a shot to help open my bronchial tubes to ease my restricted breathing due to my asthma. This last to visits I was met with unprofessionalism by a Dr and a P.A. who are there to help patients in need and not make pre judgement on the sickness one might have and treat patients as if we're at jiffy lube rather than an urgent care! I will never return or recommend this urgent care again. The Dr and PA I seen on there on the 12th and 15th need a class in bedside manor and the need to listen to the patient and give proper treatment for each medical issue that needs to be addressed. I've lived with asthma long enough to know when I get sick, what it is I need when it comes to medicine / shot to help me breath better ASTHMA can become dangerous very quickly and it should have been treated as such instead of them claiming steroids can cause more issues . Well when I'm struggling to breathe as a patient I'll take that chance!!!! This Dr and P.A.Bousmail failed miserablely! !

I have been here twice since it became another urgent care and they were amazing! They are fast and efficient! We were checked in, they took us right back, the provider went in promptly after taking our vitals, they sent the prescription directly to the pharmacy and it was ready to pick up right when I got there and all within a matter of 1 hour! I don't know about anyone else's experience elsewhere but this will be my go to place for urgent care needs for sure!

Walked in and was seen almost immediately. Staff all seemed happy to be there and thus created a solid comfortable environment. Everyone was very engaging & efficient, especially Arissa (no idea how to spell it so if I'm wrong then I suggest nametags lol) she was very pleasant and entertaining. Word to the wise however, she likes to poke you with sharp objects.... jk kinda, she was great lol. If I ever have need of urgent care services again Ill definitely be coming to this location again.
