Care is great billing is awful. I had to request a paper bill because I kept getting texts requesting payment that looked like scams. The number on the bill is just hold music and there is no message. I cannot create a portal online without an activation code I donu2019t know how to get. If you call the number on Google it says they arenu2019t taking messages and it hangs up on you. I do not know how to contact anyone here so Iu2019m not paying my bill until I can speak to someone. You need real customer service

I took my daughter there because she really had a bad cold and there was a 3 day wait to see her primary care doctor. I called ahead and they said the place was empty. It took me 10 minutes to fill out the initial paperwork and we were taken in within 5 minutes of the paperwork being done. The triage process (initial temp/BP) took 2 minutes. The doctor came into our room within 1 minute. The exam took about 2 minutes and we were out of there in

Walked in there and told them that I thought I broke something in my foot and that my doctor is at this location and that I wanted to see him. I was the only person there. Staff ignored me for a couple minutes and then proceeded to give me excuses like: We dont have imaging, and he's not your primary, even though UH and my insurance say otherwise. Showed no interest in even a visual exam. Ultimately got turned away. If they treat everyone this way they don't deserve to work at McDonalds.

Karen and the new Doctor there were so amazing with my two year old son. Karen is always kind and personable! The Doctor was friendly and efficient and even answered the phone when I called ahead of time to ask if I can bring my son in. They were both helpful and I am more than satisfied with the care we received!
