This used to be a great place to go for care. Dr Bishop and his nurse Tiffany were great. We switched to Dr Stephanie and sheu2019s great but getting any messages to her is next to near impossible. We can never get prior authorizations completed because no one in the office will give her the messages. They read them and just leave them on the file for weeks. We can keep calling and it does not matter. We will have to make an appointment for this to actually get taken care of.

Dr. Danielle Albritton has the bedside manner of a slug. She has absolutely NO empathy and treats each patient as a way to make a payment for another horse. I wouldn't take my dog to her for treatment. There is another Dr. In the office with her, Dr. Bishop, since I am already established with her and wasn't happy I thought I would switch since it's such a pain to reestablished with another Dr. The 1st time I call in to ask a question, to see if I need to make an appointment to be seen since I wasn't feeling well, it took 2 days for a return call. Really? This was my experience. Take it for what you will. Make the best decision for you.

When in first time today since the past two years. I was treated for blockage in my left ear. I highly recommend Barrie (NP). She treated me with compassion and make me feel like human and not an insurance card. She cared about me as an individual and listened to my concerns. I went in around 11 am. It was not crowded at all. It didn't take 30 min to be seen after I was done with updating all the forms. The staff was also friendly and cordial.

Letu2019s see 2days ago I tested positive for covid and my husband called the office and asked to have Mark Rogue the PA to call him because I have covid she said I will talk to him and the nurse and call you back but we got no call back. We both have been going here since Dr Macbeth was here needless to say we are highly disappointed and we will be getting a new primary this is so messed up whereu2019s help when you need it NOT HERE !!! So very disappointed Mark has been our PA for along time leaving a brother in arms is not what we thought you would do. I will have our new doctor send for our recordsnWhen Dr Macbeth was here someone always picked up the phones every time since then all you get is excuses. I didnu2019t want to give a star but it wonu2019t let you leave a review.

I've been in pain for 2 days now. I called and left a message and I wrote messages in the portal. 3 of them to be exact. The only message I got back was I sent you message to your dr. Dr allbritton. That was yesterday. I still have not received any call or antibiotics. I have diverticulitis and I get flare ups and they hurt so bad I can barely move. It takes antibiotics to get rid of it. I will not go to the ER with covid all over the place and since I have a primary care doctor I'd figure she could call them in. But nope here I sit still in pain. She really is the worst doctor ever.
