Sarah was very thorough and quick and she was so nice. She even went out of her way to recommend another service for me. Nayeli was awesome as well. Just like Sarah she was super thorough and quick. Both of these ladies were very informative and efficient. When I showed up for my appointment I was immediately brought into an exam room, rather at other urgent cares Iu2019d be waiting for at least 10 mins before being brought back. So glad I chose to come to Breeze Urgent Care.

First time having to go to this urgent care. Sarah was the clinical concierge that checked me in. She was amazing with a great bedside manner. The doctor Janelle that came in to see me was also amazing. Very knowledgeable and also a great bedside manner. Quick check in process and wait time was zero. Definitely recommend this location

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I checked out. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. They gave me an option to get stitches or use glue. I didnu2019t know you could choose. Donu2019t use one of these to cut vegetables. I tossed mine in the trash.

Really hate to leave such a bad review but last week I needed to come in for a bad reaction to some bug bites I had. The visit was quick clean and really nice they helped a lot, but things got super weird when I called back to ask for the pictures they took of the bites. The person I spoke to on the phone told me they would be on the u201cmy chartu201d app and when I told her they werenu2019t the tone took an ice cold drop to very dismissive and almost irritated with me. She became immediately uninterested in speaking with me any more it and I still donu2019t have the pictures. Just very unsettling how nice they were until I needed record of my full visit.nnLike I said nice place but that tone and customer service plunge they took when I told them I needed a record of my visit wasu2026.. not comfortableu2026..
