My experience with Donna Koch has been troubling and unprofessional from the start. Initially, she prescribed me an antidepressant over the phone without a comprehensive evaluation. However, despite following her recommendations and consistently attending office visits, she eventually began denying my prescription refills. Most recently, after yet another visit, she abruptly referred me to a psychiatrist without further assistance, effectively ending my access to the medication Iu2019ve been taking for months.nnIt has become clear that Donna Koch is more focused on eliminating patients who voice concerns about her care than on providing continuous support. I have always been respectful in voicing my concerns, but it appears my feedback has made her unwilling to treat me fairly. Now, I am left without crucial medication due to her actions.nnIn my experience, Donna Koch operates her practice with a focus on financial gain rather than genuine patient care. Her inconsistent office hours, lack of direct involvement, and disregard for patient well-being are extremely disappointing. For anyone seeking a doctor who truly prioritizes patient health, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Absolutely disastrous. Not LGBT friendly at all. Also, strong religious signage throughout the building. Came for a physical, but all I got was a medical interview that pretty much ended once I told her I wanted testing done. No blood drawn. No follow through. I don't understand how she can call herself a doctor when she can't even follow standard procedure for a basic physical. I'd give negative stars if I could.nnUpdate: they lost my friend's blood work and entire file. HIPPA apparently doesn't mean a damn thing in that office. Don't go here if you value the security of your medical information.

Please please for the sake of your safety and sanity, do not listen to good reviews on here. I am convinced they hire or tell people to leave good reviews because if they don't, this doctors office might be shut down. Something is terribly, terribly wrong with this doctor and the girls that work at the front desk. I left a review a month ago and I'm back for more. I don't even leave reviews for ANYTHING but this is necessary. I can truly blame this doctors office for the fact that it has been 2 months and my foot is still badly injured. They refused to send the electronic referral to a foot specialist for me for weeks. They do not answer the phone. When they do, they're EXTREMELY RUDE. (OLIVIA !!!) I do not care anymore. My mother had to physically go into the office to get her to send the electronic referral for me to be able to visit a foot specialist (I didn't go because mentally I cannot handle one more conversation with the girl at the front desk and I do not trust myself). When she finally sends the referral, she doesn't include a reference number and now it has taken 2 more weeks and a very nasty phone call to receive that reference number. Without that number, I may be in charge of a $700 foot doctor bill. Even my foot specialist advised me that they have called the office numerous times to obtain the reference number and they DID NOT give it to them. I cannot stress how bad this office is. I honestly don't know why that doctor went into this profession. Its sickening to be so rude and unprofessional to vulnerable people, who go to a doctor to feel safe and comfortable. & as for the girls at the front desk, they don't deserve a job anywhere. That is terrible of me to say, but if they will treat any other human beings the way they have treated me, they do not deserve employment of any sort, in ANY customer service setting, ESPECIALLY in the medical field. I suffer from extreme anxiety issues and they have caused me more stress then anything or anyone ever has. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR PLEASE. SAVE YOURSELF.

This is a no stars for me.nYou can not call this lady a doctor.nMy mother had been trying to get a doctors note for the insurance to pay for a hospital bed to protect her 86 year old mother from falling out of bed while she sleeps.nShe fell out of bed twice while she was sleeping & now she sleeps in a chair because she is scared.nA note to the insurance explaining why she needs it, she can not even write & fax it.nThis lady & her staff does not care about any of their patients.nThis has been going on for weeks.nThey cause more stress and aggravation instead of doing their job properly.nPlease believe all the horrible reviews about this lady and staff.nSo sad

If I could I wouldnu2019t even give a star. I always have an appointment at 9 or 10am and doctor is most of the time isnu2019t there. she comes in late so your waiting 1-2 hours and even if she is there they book a bunch of other people at the same time as your appointment so you still waiting 1-2 hours. She also spends little to no time with you. She and her staff are super unprofessional I wish I never even gone her Iu2019m stressed out of my mine she has done more stuff but I will keep that private
