The entire team from the receptionist, nurses to my doctor are all fabulous and attentive. They really helped me to precisely diagnose and provide timely and effective treatment with care and lovely smiles. They made my visit painless, literally painless! The nurse (I forgot to ask her name) was exceptional, she injected me and I didn't even notice the needle at all. It was amazing! Also they work very effectively and took me in for check up in no time. It's one of the best urgent care clinics in the WeHo area. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I literally have never been to an Urgent Care like this one. It truly surpasses expectations. Thereu2019s never a long wait, yet they really take their time providing impeccable care. The quality of the staff - from the front door to the doctors - is so amazing, youu2019ll wish this was your Primary Care Physicianu2019s digs.

I had a really good experience here, the front desk staff confirmed that my insurance had no copay over the phone before I arrived, and they got me in really quickly. Ashton was really friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me get all the tests I needed (strep and mono). She helped me get another treatment (I've been to my primary doctor twice and treatment hasn't been working). I'm hoping this works but if it doesn't, I think she did everything she could, and she told me what next steps to take if it doesn't too. Overall the staff is all super friendly and I am glad I went! The facility is also really clean and nice inside.

Everyone was lovely here! Dr. Tina, Vanessa and I believe it was Andy were so fantastic, very sweet and made me feel super comfortable. Not very often doctors offices especially Urgent care has people that care. They all did. I will be going back if needed in the future.

This urgent care is very quick and detailed on what your visit will consist of. The staff is friendly and Dr. Tina is amazing. Came in for a small procedure and Dr. Tina took care of me from start to finish. Even sent the corresponding medications to the pharmacy so I can pick them up before the pharmacy closed. Will definitely come back here in the future, if needed.
