Iu2019ve been going here for about 6 years , the office staff has always been so nice , they have addressed all my health problems which are quite a few , I do get referred out to specialists quite often unless itu2019s a minor problem but thatu2019s how things are now . The PAu2019s have always been nice and take the time to listen , I can get an appointment the same day or the following day which I love . I know some reviews are a tad negative but Iu2019ve never had a bad appointment or walked away unsatisfied. They call in my scripts promptly. I canu2019t imagine changing drs , as they have always treated me well. White lake family practice is great .

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORu2019S OFFICEThey called in my prescription to the pharmacy, and when I went to pick it up I had medication that I canu2019t even use. This wasnu2019t even discussed with me. They wouldnu2019t return my phone call to correct the problem, so now I have to pay the higher than normal doctor bill for the office visit and I have no medication for my problem. The Nurse Practitioners are totally incompetent and I wouldnu2019t recommend this place to anyone. My Ex say this man (Nurse Practitioner) is weird and annoying so she stop going to this place

Is there a DR IN THE HOUSE??! at White Lake Family Medicine?? NO. Maybe NEVER? WHY does the sign say FAMILY MEDICINE?? WHEN you specialize in substance abuse... JUST SAY WHAT YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO which is methadone treatment ETC And save us NON- substance abusers the time AND trouble. THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING THERE AND WASTING MY PRECIOUS TIME. MY time is as valuable to ME as YOUR time is to YOU!

I revived a COVID-19 test, and everyone there was super nice! They were so busy, but they kept a positive attitude!That is very Important in patient care. (Previous career CNA for 10 years) Keep those smiles ladies! You are amazing, and donu2019t receive the recognition in which you deserve!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTHFor the last year, I have been a patient of this doctor's office. And in that year, they have shown me nothing but negligence, incompetence, and callousness when I came to them for help. They have refused to refill prescriptions given to me by other doctors, and have refused to give me any type of help whatsoever.These people care only about their patients' money, and will do whatever they can to avoid doing their jobs. I have been told multiple times that I am too young, or that I look too healthy to be medicated for back pain that has at this point become unbearable. When I asked for my anxiety medication to be refilled through them, the incompetent nurse practitioner told me that he would never prescribe that for me, and insulted the real doctor that had decided I needed it. I am beyond disgusted with their lack of care for patients, and now I must try to find a new doctor before I'm fired from my job due to my prolonged inability to work on account of my pain.
