I used the preregistration and checked in once I arrived which was a great experience. The nurses, X-rays technicians and doctors were all very nice. I was given a prescription which was dispensed at the urgent care for a minimal charge. The experience was pleasant considering I wasnu2019t feeling well.

My PC Dr. Banu recommended Baptist urgent care. Her recommendation was spot on.nnThe facility was excellent n very clean. Staff was excellent. The Dr. was professional n friendly.nnKathy was great at her job. Made me feel very comfortable n took great care of me.nnOnly thing I would recommend maybe is when you give out a prescription if it can be purchased over the counter the patient should be informed of that fact.

I had a pleasant experience at Baptist health urgent care this morning. I made my appointment for 9 AM this morning on the Pine App. I showed up on time, checked in and was taken to a room within 10 minutes. Nurse David was very kind, took my vitals, got me prepped to see the doctor and he even got me a cold bottle of water. Dr. Blanco was very efficient and got me set up with some medication and I was on my way home pretty quickly. Very good experience.

I had a great experience at the clinic today. Ari the nurse was great. I wasnu2019t feeling good but she was excellent. She bought me a warm blanket a a water bottle. I never had that kind of service in another clinic. I wish recommended Baptist Clinic 100%nAri was super sweet and kind and explained everything to me very well.
