We have been seeing Jen Cain at this clinic for a few years now. She is FANTASTIC!! She is an excellent provider who is knowledgeable, a great listener, and quickly responds when we reach out with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone. The nursing staff are very kind, the office wait time is short, and overall we've been very happy with our experience at this clinic.

We love dr. Sheffield but when our 3 yr old is extremely sick and the office staff tells us it will be 4-5 days before we can get her in its a big problem. This has happened twice now in last 12 months. People mainly need a good doctors office for last minute care when they fall ill. If they cant be seen for a week whats the point of going there? Do better for your patients.

My family and I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years. Our main doctor has been sweet Dr. Amy Talbert. The office staff is very efficient, and once checked in, our waiting times have been under 15 minutes. I'd like to give a BIG Thank You to several front desk ladies who, over the years, have made my ( and my family's ) visit to this clinic worthwhile: Natalie, Ruth, Donna, And Esther.nA year ago, my family and I had to move away, but we would highly recommend this clinic for anyone's medical needs!

I call immediately at 8am every time. Every time there I am told to wait. The wait is also about 10 min to 20 min. This is why we take our daughter to the clinic in China Spring instead of here. If our pediatrician didn't retire, we wouldn't be here and this wouldn't be an issue. I think we will continue to first take our daughter to the walk in clinic instead unless we necessarily need to see her doctor.

She has been our family physician for about 8 years. I could never ask for a better doctor. She takes her time with you. She makes you feel like you are her only patient, when she is in the room with you. You normally can get an appointment pretty fast. We love this doctor
