Quality of care was good but when I left the receptionist said I was good and didnu2019t require payment. A couple of months later I got a call from a debt collector saying both the MD Now and the debt collector had sent me mail but I never received anything from either of them until I got the phone call. Very much feels like a scam - be forewarned.

Everytime I go to this place nobody is at the front desk. I have to go here because this is who the company I work for uses. They are TERRIBLE! We used Carespot in the past and they were way better! After waiting 20 minutes this time they came out and told me they were out of the TDAP vaccine and they had no idea when it would be back in. Last time I came to this place the front desk worker was on her lunch break so nobody was at the desk until she came back from break. How do you run a business like this?! Honestly I'm not sure how they even stay open because nobody is ever there to be seen. This place sux, go somewhere else!

A Five Star Visit! I found MD Now Urgent Care to be a great place. The wait was minimal. The office was clean. The staff was competent and professional. Nurse Practitioner Amy Mona was exceptional! She kindly listened, empathized, took the time to answer my questions, and had tremendous positive energy.

While no one loves needing an urgent care, this is the one to go to! It was recommended to us by friends for our kids, 9 and 11. Each time we go, everyone we encounter - from the front desk, to the medical assistants, to the providers - are always very timely, friendly, and helpful. When we canu2019t get to our primary care, this is our spot!
