I went to the ER because I had my right side of my wisdom teeth removed. The prescription for pain killers I got from my dentist is not helping and are closed until Monday. So I went there to see if they could help because Iu2019ve been bleeding through gauze like crazy and canu2019t sleep with my pain. I got into a room and they told me I was okay. I then asked if there was something that could help with pain relief because my prescription was not working. The doctor told me he could get me something stronger. I wait a little longer and they sent me home without giving me anything. I felt like the way I was talked to I was a drug addict even though I had my wisdom teeth removed. They said I would need to call my dentist to get pain meds but when I told them they are closed until Monday all they said was u201ctake some acetaminophenu201d as if I have a scraped knee or something. Greensburg hospital is a joke

The people who work there are the salt of the earth, and I really appreciated the care that I received! I also love their cafeteria food so much, which I thought was affordable, surprisingly scrumptious, and generally more nutritious than fast food! (Cafeteria hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am-8:30am and 11:00am-1:00pm)

Physician services were adequate, business office and their third party billing is a disaster. Duplicate billing under different account numbers. Lost payments. Visited hospital to try and resolve issues after numerous phone calls. I have provided receipts for payments (their email receipt and HSA payment), still unresolved.

So happy we have moved here and am very confident and grateful knowing we are in good hands with the staff at Decatur County Memorial Hospital
