Here for routine procedure. The bathroom in the waiting room smells like an outhouse and has not been cleaned properly in probably a month or longer. Looks like a gas station bathroom. If the bathroom is allowed to be that way, what about the rest of the facilities. Do better. I tried to contact via email but this is really the only way unfortunately

Needed to follow up with someone for pain following a motor vehicle accident and was told they don't treat anyone involved in wrecks and that I would have to go to the ER. This was after I explained that I had already been treated at the ER and just wanted to follow up. Never heard of such nonsense.

I called the front office and asked if they had a doctor in, they told me yes, I get there to heat treated and they tell me they donu2019t treat mental health issues. And that they donu2019t even have a doctor in today only nurses practitioner. Worse experience ever.

I like them because at least they are open seven days a week When people actually need them on the weekends, not like you. Other clinics that are not open just because you don't want to be open and don't care. The people on the weekends actually do get hurt. You are the clinics, make me sick
