It has been a while since Iu2019ve felt comfortable enough to talk to a doctor about my problems because I was active duty and I never got the help I actually needed. Well I went in today to my first appointment with a civilian physician. All I can say is wow. Bethany Graham is who I saw today and she just blew my mind with everything. She didnu2019t rush the appointment, she let me explain what I was going through, most importantly she listened and referred me to the places I needed to go to get what I needed to get done. 10/10 experience

I had an absolute awful experience with one person in particular. I am a hard poke when I need blood/or needing an IV. I explained this right off the bat when I was in the ER. I was poked twice by one nurse and they called in the specialist to do an ultra sound to get my IV in. Her bed side manners were awful, she didn't explain that going deeper in your arm for a vein would absolutely hurt. I was not expecting it and I jumped in pain and started crying. She was getting angry I moved and said I need to sit still and breath. Then said she had to go in deeper to get the vein and that tends to hurt a lot more. Was just constantly telling me I just needed to breath and stop moving. If I had known it would have hurt way worse then a regular poke I would have been more mentally prepared and would have sat better. The next morning after being admitted last night to the hospital. They were struggling to get another poke that morning. They sent the same woman in from the er with the ultrasound. I was more prepared (or so I thought) that it would be a bit more painful. I was sitting fine as she went in and when she went in deeper I was able to sit fine. As she kept going she hit a nerve in my arm which shot pain through my whole arm. Which made me flich and cry because it hurt so bad because I literally felt it in my hand all the way to my shoulder. She immediately started yelling at me and saying I needed to calm down and breath. There was nothing she could do about the pain and I just needed to stop. My husband about lost it because she was yelling at me and was clearly very frustrated with me. It was 5:45 in the morning and the blood she got went bad so her taking my blood and putting me in that pain was absolutely pointless. She left and the new shift girl came in and got me one and done. I still can't extened my arm fully because I just still feel the pain down my whole arm. She was absolutely rude and disgusting towards me. Me, my husband, and my mom were not impressed with her whatsoever and if she came back before I was discharged I would request someone else because I wouldn't trust her. Everyone else was lovely and sweet with me. I can't remember her name but she works third shift, has short dirty blonde hair and wears glasses. She ruined my whole experience because of how rude she was.

Absolutely disgusted my friend and her two year old child were left in an empty waiting room while he was actively bleeding at 9pm for over an hour.

Thank you for not caring! 81 yr old left without a call light for 5 days!! Desaturates with activity and they never saw it!! God had a plan for her to get the hell out of therenThe call light never got fixed in 5 daysnI believe they didnu2019t want hers to work bc other call light didnThe nursing staff lied and said it was only hers that didnu2019t work and they were working on fixing it!! And they gave her a bell and she rang a bell but they wouldnu2019t come.. and 30 minutes went by they showed upnThis is an icu by the way. And another time 4 minutes went by.. it was patheticnFamily tried to be helpful and involved and they decided her transfer and refused to include us. Believe me when I tell you we trusted them to do the right thing we were not overbearing we let them do their job but they failed miserably and I thank them!! On to bigger and better!! I can sleep knowing I tried to advocate but it fell on deaf ears!! Care in healthcare is gone they are a prime example
