Sarah DeLacy is a wonderful provider and personable. We recently moved to the Reno area, and I am relieved to have found her. I am appreciative of her being our familyu2019s primary caregiver. She is committed to her patientsu2019 health and medical needs and is very knowledgeable with great active listening skills. We look forward to the ongoing collaborative plan of care and being under her care. Also, the staff at Reno Family Medical Group are very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Reno Family Medical Group.

Iu2019m not the type to leave reviews but I just left this clinic with the worst experience. My insurance activates on Jan 1 but I am very sick I googled places that allow patients who donu2019t have insurance and this place was the number 1 to appear. I called and a lady at front desk answered I asked her how does everything work because I saw they do $100 monthly memberships but I just wanted to be seen since Iu2019m sick the lady stated u201cthe membership is used if you want to be an established patient but if youu2019re just sick and want to be seen once itu2019s a $75 visitu201d mind you thatu2019s all she told me so I put in the directions to the clinic it only gives you directions to one clinic. I show up itu2019s 9am and Iu2019m in PJs because Iu2019m super sick. Kate Gross the APRN opens the door sees me and immediately looks at me up and down gives me a dirty look and asks me if Iu2019m here to see her with a monotone aggressive voice. I told her Iu2019m just here to be seen by this clinic I wouldnu2019t even noticed if she worked there she had no scrubs she couldu2019ve been a patient for all I know. She then makes me wait outside then my car to u201cfigure something outu201d because she is appointment only but I never was provided that information by the front desk. I finally am able to go inside and the gentleman who is also a APRN student is telling me to sit in there little waiting room and fill out paperwork she then makes a comment u201cJust take her to the back to fill out her paperwork before the other patients get here.u201d I already felt severely judged by her first impression then that comment made me feel like she thought I was some disgusting sick adult that needed to be in a bubble. I work in the medical field as a certified MA you are supposed to make all your patients feel welcomed I didnu2019t feel welcomed at all I wouldu2019ve walked out if I wasnu2019t super sick but I desperately needed a prescription to help with my sickness. I went to the back into a room and she starts asking me all these questions with an aggravated tone u201c who did you talk to? Why didnu2019t she give you our other location? How did you even Hear about us I donu2019t even know how this happened because the front desk lady said she has no clue about this situationu201d just being plain rude. Then she goes itu2019s $100 monthly she didnu2019t even mention the $75 visit if youu2019re sick WHEN SHE KNEW I WAS SICK. I had to bring that up in order to get charged only 75 because I refuse to continue coming here I felt extremely judged just because of the way Iu2019m dressed and maybe cause I donu2019t have insurance and lastly I am a Latina it did truly feel like she was being racist and I know how that feels since I am Mexican Iu2019ve dealt with it my whole life.

Amazing group of people. The helped my girlfriend get established with specialists in town and prepare for being a mom. They don't take insurance from what I understand and I love that. They get to know you and feels like they really care.

Sarah and Kate are amazing primary care providers. I went for my first appointment last week and they spent over 90 minutes with me. I appreciate that theyu2019re investigative and they involve every possible modality - they donu2019t always go straight to prescriptions. They took care of all my next steps already and I feel truly supported. Iu2019ve already referred a couple friends and family to them. So happy I found my new PCPs!
