Do not come here- they lie about their costs and are trying to rip people off!!Brought my two sons here for a routine checkup for their college sports physical. I called ahead of time to make sure they would take our insurance and explained what was needed. We came in for the appointment with the paper for them to sign- which basically just says they are in good health.15 mins after being called to the back, the nurse comes out and says insurance WILL cover the physical, but because the doctor has to sign a form, itu2019s now going to cost me $95 each!!!I asked why Iu2019m being charged and she says itu2019s considered a u201csports physicalu201d. So I point to the sign on their wall that says a sports physical is $25. The nurse and everyone at the front desk looks in shock! The nurse goes back to the doctor and returns to say the $25 is not for college students- only for little kids. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT ON THE SIGN???I should not have to pay for something covered by insurance and if I do, it should be at the price advertised!! Do not come here, they are liars and are trying to rip people off!

This is ridiculous. I came to their walk in clinic 1 hour before their last accepting appointment, needed to get a simple thing, refills on my meds that I usually got before I changed insurance and went to this office. On reception they refused me service,saying there is too many people,come back another time. I went to the bathroom, as I came out, there was some other black dude trying to sign in. I made a remark good luck I've just tried and they send me away. I walked out for 5-10 mins,came back because I thought I forgot something in bathroom and I see this guy sitting in the lobby. I asked why you take him and not me, to which one of those two black women said ohh he is here just for refills. I told them so am I, but they still told me to come another day. I went outside and seen pretty much same thing happen again after 10 mins. I asked them for owners phone number because I want to discuss their conduct with their boss,they gave me wrong number,I've called and got wrong number,called back and they stopped picking up on me. I think it's about time to open a case with department of consumer affairs and state of health. What in the disney channel woke racist crap is that...

Do not do any screening here. Went here for a job screening and they put you in general population waiting for patients. I wish I knew when I booked this wasn't a real lab but a doctors office. Waiting 30 minutes for a screening.

I came in at 9:30am for a 9:45am appointment. Out of all the doctor offices I have ever been to, this one has been by far the worst. The wait was extremely long considering there were only about 4 patients before me. I left at 11:15, which is almost two hours of waiting, to get nothing. I wasnu2019t seen by the doctor nor did I receive the referral I initially came there for. Either thereu2019s a lack of time management or poor scheduling decisions.Additionally, floors and surfaces were not clean. When an individual comes into a doctoru2019s office, it is expected that the environment is clean, especially working with tools that are vital to keep sanitized.
