I had to come in for a surgical clearance and these people were wonderful!! As a blind woman, I am always nervous going to the doctor as I am unsure how I will be treated. But the staff here was compassionate, professional, quick yet thorough, and made the environment very welcoming! They treated me as a human being and talked to me in respectful manners They asked appropriate questions and even offered to guide me if needed. It may seem simple but unfortunately is not standard practice everywhere! Overall amazing staff and definitely the place to go if accessibility is a concern!

is place was great! I waited only 8 minutes for my appointment (the front desk was SO nice and friendly) and the tech and doctor were SO personable, professional and thorough. I am not an easy patient and then were absolutely wonderful. I got a strep test, an exam, my antibiotics and was on my way home in under an hour.

From the minute, I walked in to the minute I left, these people were absolutely diamonds! Very caring, very thoughtful and considerate it was absolutely wonderful, especially since I got there in such pain. Not only did they take care of me but the next day they called to see how I was feeling. I donu2019t get that from my regular doctors! Thank you again, Dr. Gu2019s in Delray, Eric.

This had been my go to Urgent Care until the last time I went there. I was sick, had a fever, was wheezingu2026you know. The person who took my vitals, was super nice! Then the doctor came. He listened to my lungs, asked me a few routine questions and left. One of the people who work there came back and told me that the doctor was going to give me x,y,z, and a steroid shot. X,Y,Z was a mix of cortisone and antibiotics, as they put it u201cto cover everythingu201d. I wanted to know if I had the fluu2026.or Covid. So I asked. The guy who was with me, went outside and started to talk about u201cthe patient asking questions and wanting to know what she has, but Iu2019m not the doctor, itu2019s not my job.u201d I was sitting there listening to all of this. FINALLY, the doctor came in and I asked him if they were going to do a flu or Covid test, he said no because itu2019s not covered under insurance anymore and it costs $, so itu2019s up to the patient. The least he could do when he was evaluating my situation was ASK. But no. He gave me a ton of medication, without knowing what I had. Mind you, I spent nearly TWO hours there. Will NOT go back, canu2019t trust them and they are not professional, ESPECIALLY THE DOCTOR.

Woke up with left arm and hand swollen. Went to Dr. Gu2019s instead of the ER. I asked the front desk if they provided ultrasounds and X-rays before signing in and she said yes. I did all the paperwork and paid the copayment. Once in the examination room, Iu2019m told I need an ultrasound and they donu2019t offer that service. Long story short, I was unable to receive a refund and had to go to the ER and pay an additional charge for what they were supposed to do. Iu2019m highly disappointed as this was my first experience with this Urgent Care and surely my last!
