The place is nice and the lady's at the front desk are nice but they have you wait for a long time and the doctor only came in for maybe less than a second to check up on me bc of terrible joint pains. Tells me to put ice and elevate it. Which I have been doing. They are no help. Don't waste time and money on this place it is not worth it.

Not sure why the low rating for this Urgent Care but I've been here several times as well as family members and we've always had great results. Sometimes a little slow but we love the 2 doctors here that we see. The nurses are great and the receptionist is very helpful and kind to us....nThis is the only Urgent Care in the tri-parish area that we go to. Thank you ALL for what you do hereu2661

I was a little apprehensive about going because of the reviews, but I wanted to see for myself. And im so glad I did. Everyone was super nice and personalble. The Dr. was very knowledable and super nice. He made me feel listened to and wanted to make sure all my concerns were addressed and that understood all my aftercare.
