All I can say is UNPROFESSIONAL. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially the female receptionist . They do not accept debit cards which I did not know. I waited for the doctor for two hours because he was taking his time coming to this office knowing he had a patient waiting. I spoke to him prior to coming. I was going to use my card to pay the whole thing but then I was going to do 50 cash and 15 on my card. Once the doctor did arrive he said I could use my credit card. I was there FIRST and someone went before me and I asked why the receptionist goes to say you don't have enough money in front of everyone she was rude and very nasty. She took my debit card to the pharmacy to swipe without asking what I wanted off I went to follow her and asked was she charging it or taking the info she said charging it. I never told the lady what amount of money to take off and that was my breaking point. This is place is terrible .

I came to this facility when one down the street refused my insurance. The physician was very attentive and treated me well. My wait wasnu2019t long at all. If I needed care again I would return there and yes I would refer anyone with insurance problems to them. Delta Urgent Care was very helpful with my non-critical issue ( very infected SPIINTER)

Well I just walked in and neither of the people at the front desk said anything to me as I was signing in. Never been here before so they should be checking to see if I have paperwork to fill outUpdate; waited 10 mins before anyone said anything to me. The room they put me in is really dirty, the doctor is rude and didnu2019t wash his hands or anything when he came in the room. I feel like I would have been better off just going to the emergency room.

The doctor is nice. He takes time out to listen to you and seems to genuinely care.The receptionists/assistants up front are rude, have no manners or etiquettes and have little knowledge on customer service and professionalism.

Absolutely terrible! Called before we went and let them know that I had a flu.they said come right in we are open until 8pm. As we entered (345) and started to sign the check in list the receptionist says oh the doctor isn't here. She never even bothered to update us. We left and will never go there agai . This place needs to be shut down.
