I am getting superb care here. My Doctor is excellent! Always kind. Always attentive. Everyone there is! I'm so happy I can go to one convenient location for almost everything medically. zero stars ! Desert Oasis Health run by Dr.Anderson has bad service. Used to have very good patient care when Job Lopez was there. But now that Lopez no longer works for Desert Oasis, the clinic has gone down the drain when it comes to patient care. Canu2019t even get a simple prescription for Freestyle Libre Sensor ! Even when asking for it and calling front desk to let them know to put it as Reason for Consultation; doesnu2019t bother to prescribe one. Even after calling again , still doesnu2019t.nThey donu2018t even give you information in regards to where one can find Job Lopez . Even when you have been his patient for the past 5+ years

i moved to Palm Springs month ago and have no idea where to go when I got sick , And glad I choose this place , I try to not pay attention to some negative reviews because I know itu2019s all depends on the person and how he view things in general ,,,, for me I have great experience there the front desk was nice fell out the forms thatu2019s needed then 30 minutes I was in room waiting the Dr , Dr was fast got me some quick test , I have strip throat Dr send me some antibiotics to my pharmacy and gave me paper for work .The process take about an hour or so . I will be back for sure if I needed to and highly recommend place .
