I have been a 2 year patient of Dr Manila Bobba at Desert Palms Medical Associates in Bullhead City AZ. Dr Bobba helped me during a difficult time of recovery from total knee replacement surgery. She was concerned during my routine appointments with her that my lab results showed highly elevated enzymes to my system. After several lab tests & x-rays & eventually a sonogram it was determined I required immediate abdominal surgery. Dr Bobba was relentless to find out what was going on. I am very grateful for her professional medical expertise. Thank you Dr Bobba!!

After reading these reviews I wondered if we were seeing the same medical staff that was reviewed. We have been going to Dr Malik for several years and have NEVER experienced any amount of disrespect nor unprofessional behavior. The support staff has always been courteous and timely. As regards to Heather, we can't even imagine who these reviews are talking about. There was a time several years ago that some office aspects needed addressed and when they were all involved needed a learning curve . We have the highest regards and respect for Dr. Malik and Heather and the staff and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our care ....we'd give this medical practice a 5 out of 5

Called and spoke with Heather. She was very rude and I could not believe when I asked to the office manager that she is it! If she speaks to patients that way I cannot imagine how she speaks to staff. Wish the providers in this office would re-work their staff for a more pleasant experience.

***WARNING*** This place has gone completely down hill since Kim Butler left. The office manager by the name of Heather is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with. I definitely do not recommend this medical office unless you like to be disrespected and talked down to. On countless occasions they have not been open when the appointment was scheduled for with no notice and when called to ask about why that is they will give you an attitude and deny it. I doubt they will be in business very much longer unless they get a complete overhaul of their staff.

Originally, I was told I could get hormones prescribed here. But then I was only told later that the doctor couldn't actually prescribe hormones, but I could be referred to a specialist. Yet, despite this when I actually got to the doctor the only specialist i could be referred to was all the way in Vegas. I already had a doctor in Vegas, and the whole point was trying to get a doctor that's closer to me to prescribe hormones because Vegas is too far away for me to afford to drive there anymore. After this, I feel more discouraged than ever before and I would have been better off setting $120 on fire. They were nice though.
