We were camping, from out of state.. I became quickly ill & hard of breathing & couldnu2019t keep water down & a bad headache. u00a0So we Google searched & this urgent care came up. We arrived early before they opened @ 7 am. First & quickly done check in.nDoctor was very nice & informative.. immediately recognized how sick I was & when she saw my oxygen.. gave me a treatment for 10 mins immediately u00a0before calling ER up street saying Iu2019m was coming & need immediate help & put on oxygen. u00a0My count was at 74% dangerously low. u00a0She didnu2019t waste time & made arrangements of our going to ER. So they did a great job.

I came here twice during my stay due to worsening symptoms, but was impressed at how they moved people through. Urgent care and ERs always have the long wait time stigma so I dread going when I have to but each visit was under an hour total. That includes wait time and the appointment itself.

I had an appointment at 5 but wasnu2019t seen till 6 pm. I also got my insurance information and had the receptionist verify the insurance because she wasnu2019t taking me back and didnu2019t know how to find my out of state Blue Cross.nThe provider was great!nHowever, at the end of the visit I was told it was $150.nI really wish I had been told this would be my deductible or been allowed to do a self-pay option. I think the self pay would have been way less.nA little communication would have been nice about the deductible before I went in to the appointment.

We recently brought our baby, to this urgent care due to a high fever heu2019s had for several days, along with some other concerning symptoms. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt dismissed u2014 the person taking his vitals (which I had to repeat his symptoms to her multiple times) immediately said, u201cOh, so a cold?u201d without considering any other possibilities. They also didnu2019t check a rectal temp like you should for an accurate reading on an infant and used an adult pulse oximeter for a readingu2026nnWhen we saw the nurse practitioner, no swabs or tests were done to check for viruses or bacterial infections. They simply listened to his heart and lungs, looked at his ears, and quickly concluded it must be something viral, advising us to go to the ER if things got worse.nnWe left feeling like it was a complete waste of time and money. As parents, we came seeking help and answers, but instead, we felt brushed off and unheard. Itu2019s incredibly frustrating when your child is clearly unwell, and the care they receive feels so rushed and dismissive. We expected more thorough care and concern for our sonu2019s health. Wouldnu2019t recommend this urgent care.

Came in on Easter with my 13-year-old daughter. She had a sore throat and congestion for 5 days that got markedly worse Saturday night. The wait was not very long and the receptionist was helpful.nWhen we went back and the MA took vitals, I asked what they were and she replied u2018theyu2019re oku2019. I asked for more info and my daughteru2019s HR was elevated at 108, and sats were 94. So, no, not ok. Then the NP came in, did a quick assessment and offered tessalon pearls. She declined to prescribe antibiotics despite my asking, insisting it was viral and my daughter could have steroids and an inhaler.nInitially, the steroids did relieve some discomfort. However, on Tuesday my daughter woke me up crying that her ears really hurt. Went to her actual pediatrician who diagnosed my daughter with a double ear infection as well as a sinus infection. She has not had a fever through this illness. I felt very dismissed by the NP and the MA. Through not listening to me or my daughter, proper treatment was delayed by 2 days and my daughter now has to miss even more school.nI have received quality care here in the past, for minor injuries. Iu2019ll never come back because we were treated like idiots and they missed a major infection. Youu2019d think the copious green mucus would be a giveaway. Wasted money and wasted time. Do not recommend.
