Will not allow me to go into room with my father who needs help recalling things and for his care. Give me a break, they have before why now? This is after they called me for a yearly appointment 4 months too early.which I only found out when I called to reschedule. They don't know how to run office. We will not be returning.nnUpdate... they told dad I couldn't go back because so many of the staff are sick. Excuse me, why are they at work. Great go to doc to get more germs.

I am not impressed with waiting an hour as u201curgent careu201d patient. I sat and watched 5 folks walk in with a routine appointment and I sat in extreme pain and got nothing. So, I told the young receptionist I was going to leave. She said I was next, but after an hour, I donu2019t think so.nI left and recommended Northwest urgent care next to Culveru2019s. They saw me immediately and there were 3 folku2019s already there.

Absolutely ridiculous! Sat there for almost 2 hours with my grandmother that went in for bad back pain just to be told they canu2019t see her because they do not take her insurance!!! She has Medicare. They take Medicare. Just not hers. How does that even make sense? The girl seemed more interested in putting pieces of paper up perfectly on the walls than she was about having patients seen. Never again. I know that.

They didn't even clean my cut!! They took me in the back. The doctor opened up the cut on my hand twice and said. Keep it clean and put it bandaid on itr'll be just fine.nnI woke up in the middle of the night throwing up all night long.nMy body was evacuating itself because of an infection from my cut.nWhen morning finally came, my hand was swollen, and it went to another urgent care.nnThey told me I should have received stitches and a Technics shot. But the 12-hour window for me. Getting stitches was long passed, so they could not do that. They cleaned my wound, gave me antibiotics, and bandaged my wound up, followed by a shot..nnNatasha was at the counter at this urgent care. She told me that my insurance only handled urgent situations outside of California. I think needing 3 stitches in my hand was an urgent situation.nThe doctor who looked at my hand didn't clean it. Bandage it or even suggest a shot. You should not be a doctor. This place should not be open.

The doctor here tells us we have to pay for most of the medications when we have insurance. He told me I wouldnu2019t get better unless I got a steroid shot that my insurance didnu2019t cover. So I had to pay cash. That was a lung infection. Then I went for an infected tooth and was told the medication would cost me again. Iu2019m calling the AMA today to let them know of his practices
