I had been looking for jobs for a while that I would feel good about and aligned well with my desired pay . After so many interviews for medical receptionist positions. I got in contact with Steve did an interview with him, he gave me a few jobs I could interview with. Iu2019m guessing they probably filled the position but I always stayed In contact with him making sure he knew i was available. After a few weeks He set me up with an interview on a Wednesday, with a permanent position heard back from him on Thursday with a job offer. Iu2019m super thankful to have been able to work with Steve in getting me a position that aligned well with me and my pay desire. I will definitely be recommending this company to those I know in search of a new career.

I think peopleu2019s expectations are too high, Iu2019m reading reviews and although Iu2019ve had some of the same experiencesu2026 (emails texts with different names) this is an out sourcing company doing their best, are we all going to act like weu2019ve never texted the wrong person before? . If there are no positions or someone decides to go with someone else I donu2019t think Steve or Amanda should be blamed. There are plenty of companies Iu2019ve worked with, that are FAR FAR WORSE. So be grateful for what you do receive. This is a small owned company doing their best to get positions in so they can fill people in them. Itu2019s spelled out very clear staffing agency, itu2019s ideal for them to place permanent and yes thatu2019s the goal however, if they get 3-6 months contracts thatu2019s not their fault. I am no longer with des med since no available positions but Amanda knows she can always call on me and if Iu2019m not available I will contact other people for her. I absolutely love Jodi I think she is so freaking amazing I can not say enough good things about heru2026 there are people who do their job, because thatu2019s their job. Then thereu2019s Jodi who does her job and does it in such an invaluable way. Iu2019d love to work with them again!

I had a phone interview with Steve yesterday. Out of 5 jobs I picked 2 I would be interested in. I then called him back and left him a vm telling him all 5 jobs would work for me and to please submit my resume to all 5 places. He said I should hear back by Monday and that I could call his cell phone anytime. I felt he was sincere, but I did go with a staffing service once and went through all the steps to be hired before learning the day before I was to start, they no longer needed me. I hope Steve can get me a couple of interviews. I have a lot of experience in healthcare. So I am keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully I will hear something by the beginning of next week. Brenda.

I never leave reviews but I had to for these guys! especially Amanda the recruiter!nsuch a great company! it's hard to work a fulltime job while in Nursing school! this company has truly Helped me have a flexible work schedule, working in different clinics. They also have great hourly pay, AND they pay weekly! truly the best job agency for RMAs!
