Iu2019ve come here twice with my son. Initially I chose here because itu2019s (I think) a non-corporate Urgent Care and I like to support small business. I am also generally a difficult parent for most doctors and am hard to make happy. I have nothing but positive things to say about this urgent care.For the first time we came for his broken arm, the second because he had strep. Both times I happened to see Tiffany the NP. Both times she was great and the wait was short. The office staff is very nice.I had a high deductible plan at the first visit as well and they were able to tell me cash vs insurance amounts without any nonsense. Cash pay was cheaper so we did that. Itu2019s surprisingly uncommon to have that information provided transparently in a timely manner. I definitely appreciated that, too.

My husband and I have had several opportunities to use Desert Valley Urgent Care and each time we have been treated with respect and a real concern for our health by the staff. Dr. Paula Silides has a tremendous amount of compassion and medical knowledge. She has always diagnosed my husband's conditions with accuracy. Her treatment options are spot on. If she feels we need to go to the emergency because they have the proper diagnostic equipment, (MRI's, Cat-scans etc) or follow up with our primary physician, she will not hesitate to tell us that. We think this is the best Urgent Care in the Valley. Glad they are located near us!

Been a patient here since they opened and I couldn't imagine ever using another facility! I've moved over the years and I will still make the trip to Chandler to be seen here for whatever I need. It gets busy in the winter but they are worth the wait! Especially when my PCP can't see me for another week. To be seen any day that I need is awesome. I've seen Dr Yontz most recently and he is so jolly and helpful and seems so happy to be helping people feel better. Highly recommend!

I've had a couple major Urgent Care situations - once for my son who was 12 at the time who had a dislocated shoulder from a football game, once for me who stupidly impact drilled a construction screw through the end of my finger, and a few times for kids sports physicals, etc. These guys have been fantastic every time. Never has faster service in my 48 years of seeing doctors and urgent care. Thorough and really solid...for adults and kids.

Urgent at nothing! And relatively poor communication... Everyone was nice and all but that's not why we came to this clinic. Urgent care to me means, fast. Our experience was slow at best. Arrived at noon, was told that six people were in front of us... 2 hours later, nothing.. Whole experience took almost 3 hours. Total should've just gone to the non-emergency room at a local hospital! Form what I can tell healthcare is big in this area of the country, you've got options!! Skip this place if time is important!
