The Doctor in this urgent care, Dr.Trang is by far, The best doctor in the valley. He's genuinely kind, he cares about you, he's very knowledgeable and you feel like your family. I have been going to see him and my family for four years since we moved here. It's been nothing but a positive experiences. I highly recommend this urgent care in Dr.Trang. The employees are kind efficient you're in and out within a reasonable amount of time.

I broke both my arms and came in for X-rays to confirm. Waited a total of two hours, saw the doctor for approximately 30 seconds, was reassured that I did not break anything just had a high sprain and hurried me out the door. The next day I got a call back stating that they finally got around to looking at my x-rays, and I had in fact, broken my bonesu2026. If you value any sort of patient care, keep looking.

The worst urgent care in the Valley. Do not waste your time and money just to be disrespected and your medical concerns not taken seriously. I never saw anyone clean rooms or seats after patients left. Which in a the height of covid and flu season in an urgent care should be a Normal. No not this office. Dr. TRANG does not care about his patients that pay him. If he feels your symptoms do not fit what he can treat he just will walk out the room. Zero patient care. And when you want to talk to someone about the care. They told me not available as Dr. Trang is the owner and one and only boss of this location so your complaint/concerns would never get anywhere but the trash. But in this instance they don't even want to hear your feedback. They already got your payment, so please leave the premises. Just very bad medical practice. Do your research, drive further and get the care you and YOUR LOVED ONES DESERVE. Do not settle for this type of care.

They are very professional and kind. Itu2019s difficult to find kind people in Urgent Care facilities but I can tell you that everyone here made me feel very comfortable. The doctor took his time to actually check my symptoms and physical status and the lady (Ms. Figs I think) who took my blood sample is super patient. It didnu2019t hurt at all and I donu2019t even have a mark. See pic.Iu2019ll definitely come back here if I need to.
