The staff and the whole experience was amazing. Despite being in much pain, they were quick to take me back and start helping me. I could tell they really cared and wanted to ease my pain. I had a previous ER visit in another city (my hometown) the week prior and I did not receive this same level of service and compassion. They were able to ease my pain and suffering much faster and with less invasive procedures. I was adamant about not being admitted since I had to move my daughter out of TCU the next morning. Thank you to the two nurses and ER doctor that cared for me! You were amazing and I was able to move my daughter the next morning.

The nurses, the doctor and the resident were all amazing. The doctor was so kind. He was explained everything so well. He did not rush through like I was just a number. He had the best bedside manner. As far as the resident I did see, amazing too. He was the sweetest. I am so thankful I went to this location. I cant say enough good things!

i was seen by dr brianne giliberto, after a 5 hour wait she prescribed me meds that made my conditions worsen, got my weight and height wrong by a mile, and mis dosed me. horrible bedside manner, the least helpful doctor iu2019ve seen ever, and if i could give her negative stars i would.nni requested anxiety meds, she labeled me u201cagitatedu201d and refused to help in any way but droperidol the drug that is known for inducing anxiety and making you loopy. my partner had to wheel chair me out and carry me to a hotel, because she discharged me 5 minutes after administering a strong drug.nnworst worst worst care ever, since this visit i have been to much nicer doctors who actually helped with administering anxiety relief vrs this doctor was just angry. go anywhere else if sheu2019s on shift.

I was there for day surgery. Everything was ahead of schedule until time for surgery. I got pushed back 3.5 hours past my scheduled time. I went 23 hours with no food. Then I ended up in the ER 3 hrs later with corneal abrasions on both eyes. Worst experience of my life.

I cannot say enough good things about the care my daughter received at Baylor Hospital ER. After experiencing a miscarriage, she followed her OB-GYNu2019s plan, but complications arose. She developed a fever and crampingu2014signs of a serious infectionu2014and rather than waiting four more days for a scheduled procedure, we went to the ER for help.nFrom the moment we arrived, the staff at Baylor was kind, professional, and quick to act. The doctors immediately recognized the urgency of the situation and confirmed she needed an emergency D&C to prevent a life-threatening infection. They took immediate action, explained everything clearly, and treated her with so much compassion during such a difficult time.nUnlike her original doctoru2014who later fired her as a patient for seeking emergency careu2014Baylor ER put her health first. We are beyond grateful for their quick response, medical expertise, and the kindness they showed during this heartbreaking experience.nIf you ever find yourself in need of emergency care, I highly recommend Baylor Hospital ER. They truly put patients first.
