The employees at this place are very rude never been to a place to where employees are this rude. Why do employers use this place i have no idea. They took blood which I had taken before a few times. It's like the needle was jabbed into my arm damn near pulled my arm away. After a couple hours it looked like I had 2 holes in my arm im a skinny person not hard to find my veins at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone there.

I am an out-of-state employer, and have used OMS numerous times when onboarding a new employee. Each time, Michelle and staff have been extremely quick to respond and have taken care of numerous pre-hire requirements/reporting/etc. My employees also commented on how well they are treated when they go. Needless to say, out of all my vendors around the U.S. they are one of my favorites.

This is the worst place I have ever experienced for a pre-employment physical! 3 years ago the used an out dated dip stick and told me I had blood in my urine, so they did not pass me causing me to lose my job offer, I had flown from out of state got a hotel and rented a car! I knew I did not have blood in my urine, so I flew home and went to a urologist and had actual tests done through a lab, no blood in my urine! My Doctor wrote that clinic a note, even telling them, that the dip stick is not an accurate test for detecting blood!, I called the company back up and the told me to fly back down to come to work! That cost me around $800 in travel expenses! Just 2 days ago I went there again for a pre-employment physical! I had open heart surgery 3 years ago and had been cleared 6 months after my surgery in 2021, with satisfying the USCG and many companies physicals since I do trip work! I have clearance from my Doctors to return to work, but the PA that did my pre-employment physical would not clear me since I did not have a recent progress notes from my doctor, and would not accept the return to full work letter from my doctor! And did not even care about the USCG physical! Unbelievable!!!!! So the company sent me to another facility, where it was no problem for my physical! I would advise any company to stay away from this facility! They are not professional there either! I actually left the company, because If something ever happened, I told them I refuse to go back to that facility ever again! Matter of fact, I will not work for any company that ever uses them!

Employees are rude and arrogant when you try to dispute their test, then they lecture you how they know more about your body than you. I don't understand why any company wants to do business with these people.

If I could give below one star I would. Extremely rude lab workers. Good luck if you're sent to this hell hole.
